What is the ITS Boutique?
The ITS Boutique is a ONE-STOP-SHOP for leaders at all levels who want to acquire the skills necessary to inspire others and achieve outstanding business results. Students are quickly immersed into the ITS Boutique where the core program modules take place.
We like to think of The ITS Boutique as an innovative way to "outfit" your organization with customizable training modules to fit your needs. ITS classes are highly entertaining and packed with best practices, personal stories, tips, and tools.
The key to our successful ITS training is a combination of relatable content combined with very passionate and knowledgeable facilitators.
Each ITS Boutique experience can be tailored to one of our four specialty tracks. As students move around in the “virtual” ITS Boutique, they not only learn new concepts, but they put them into practice IMMEDIATELY and document their experiences to share with class, supervisors, etc.
An ITS Boutique Example:
There is a crisis in the Luxury Car Division of the ITS Boutique. Students are responsible for assessing the issues, working collaboratively with teammates on developing solutions, and briefing executives on their crisis management strategy.

The ITS Boutique was great! I liked how we climbed each level and how I was able to reflect back to previous levels while climbing to the next.
